What we cover

Your stage systems.
Not your whole building.

We inspect, maintain and certify the equipment that moves and holds load over your stage: fly systems, powered hoists, rigging and lifting hardware, height safety gear, stage machinery and tracks. The "Systems" qualifier is deliberate - we scope to stage equipment, not fire exits, seating banks or building certification.

Every finding is assessed against published discard criteria and the standards that apply to that asset - often several standards to a single asset, not one apiece. For example: hoists and winches against the AS 1418 and AS 2550 series, lifting hardware against AS 4991, height safety gear against AS/NZS 1891 and the related EN series, powered equipment against AS/NZS 3760 - drawn from the 50+ standards we work to, by TSA's own Competent Inspection Officers, in-house, Australia wide.

The lifecycle, mapped
A four-stage rail - Identify, Specify, Deliver, Maintain. Compliance and Service anchors the first and last stages, shown in orange. 01 ID Identify Health Check 02 Specify 03 Deliver 04 MT Maintain Programme

Compliance & Service anchors both ends. A one-off Health Check tells you where you stand; a Service & Inspection Programme keeps it that way, year on year.

Across the lifecycle

One partner, the lifetime of the venue.

Identify

Health Check, asset register, graded report. We start with what you already have.

Compliance is where the partnership starts, and where it stays. The Health Check tells you where you stand; the Service & Inspection Programme keeps it there.

If we missed yours, send it through. We'll get back to you.

Your stage systems - fly systems, powered hoists, rigging and lifting hardware, height safety, stage machinery and tracks - inspected, maintained and certified against 50+ Australian, New Zealand and international standards. It does not cover whole-building compliance.

A Venue Systems Health Check - a one-off, documented inspection that tells you exactly where your systems stand. Most venues then move onto an ongoing Service & Inspection Programme.

Yes - graded reports, per-asset certificates and a Due-Diligence Level tracked year on year, all of which stand as WHS due-diligence evidence. Due diligence is the basis for a defence in law that an organisation has fulfilled its health and safety obligations - the report is third-party evidence of the level achieved.

TSA's own Competent Inspection Officers and technicians, in-house, Australia wide.

Most stage systems run on an annual cycle, height-safety gear is inspected twice a year, and some assets carry their own interval from the manufacturer's service criteria. A Venue Systems Health Check is how we establish the right interval for each asset you hold.

50+ Australian, New Zealand and international standards, applied by asset - often several standards to a single item. The headline references are AS 1418 and AS 2550 for hoists and winches, AS 4991 for lifting devices, AS/NZS 1891 for fall arrest and AS/NZS 3760 for electrical Test & Tag.

Yes. Whoever supplied or installed it, we inspect, service and certify it - any brand of hoist, any fly system, any rig. Most venues we look after run equipment from several makers.

Ready when you are

Know where you stand.
With documented proof.

A Venue Systems Health Check is the first conversation. One visit, one graded report, and a clear plan for what comes next. Australia wide.
