Xstage S10 Modular Staging and Stage Decks - aluminium birch-ply decks rated to 750 kg per square metre, five leg types, public-access guardrails, stairs and accessories, supplied and supported Australia wide by TSA
Solid ground, raised to any height.
The Xstage S10 deck system - one universal deck on five leg types, with guardrails, stairs and the hardware to build any stage, indoor or out. Rated to 750 kg/m², supplied and supported Australia wide.
Two builds.
One system.
The same S10 deck builds an entry-level stage or a public-access one - the leg, rail and stair set is what changes. Pick the build that fits your event, and we scale it to your space and load.
One deck.
Every stage.
Modular staging is the demountable stage you build on site and strike when the show is done - decks on legs, made safe with guardrails and stairs. The Xstage S10 deck does the load-bearing: a 12 mm birch-ply hexagrip tread on an extruded aluminium frame, rated to 750 kg/m².
What ties it together is the universal leg-attachment corner. Every deck takes the same welded module, so one deck runs on fixed, adjustable, steel, square or telescopic legs - from a 200 mm riser to a 1.5 m public stage. It is one part of the full Lifting & Rigging range. The common items are stocked in Australia - 1 m × 1 m and 2 m × 1 m S10 decks, handrails, legs, chair rails, textile lathes and the joiners that tie them together - and custom steps are made in our own workshop.
The deck does the work. A 12 mm birch-ply hexagrip tread on an extruded aluminium frame with a central stabilising beam - rated to 750 kg/m², low-profile and light.
Four settings, one system.
Five parts,
one system.
The S10 system is five component families - decks, legs, guardrails and handrails, stairs, and the accessories that tie them together. Here is what each does, and how to spec the set your stage needs.
Every deck shares the same universal leg-attachment corner, so the parts mix and reuse across years. The deck is rated to 750 kg/m² to DIN 15921 - the rating is leg-dependent - and the heavy-duty guardrail is rated for public access.
The load-bearing surface.
The aluminium-framed deck with a 12 mm birch-ply hexagrip tread, rated to 750 kg/m². The 2 x 1 m panel is the all-rounder; triangle, trapezoid and quadrant decks turn corners, thrusts and curves. Waterproof surface, indoor and out.
Any height, level ground.
Five leg types on one universal clamp: fixed and adjustable round aluminium, heavy steel, square aluminium, and telescopic self-adjusting legs to 1.5 m, plus a screwjack for fine levelling. Steel and square legs hold the full 750 kg/m² to 1.5 m.
Safe edges for crowds.
The heavy-duty guardrail withstands lateral forces to 200 kg/m, which suits stages with public access, and clips to any deck edge with a robust holder. Fixed and extendable handrails cover access points and special widths, in RAL 9005 powder-coated steel.
Safe ways up.
Two stair systems: self-adjusting aluminium stairs (600-1500 mm) that follow the stage height and level on uneven ground - suited to telescopic legs - and modular 5-step stairs (200-1000 mm) with a handrail from 400 mm high. Ply treads on a steel frame.
The parts that tie it together.
Deck connectors and levellers lock a stage flat and fast; leg-savers drop the leg count (at 350 kg/m², with a leveller); chair stops keep gear from rolling off the edge; and the dollies move five decks vertically or ten flat.
Not sure which deck, leg and rail set your stage needs? Send the size, the height and whether it takes a crowd, and we will spec it and supply it. Staging pairs with the LITEC truss, EXE Rise chain hoists and the full rigging line.
